Repair Procedure


PROCEDURE IN GETTING YOUR CAR REPAIRED:


STEP 1:     Notify Insurance Company


STEP 2:     Filling in Claim Form


STEP 3:     A Repair Quotation Is Prepared


STEP 4:     Book Car in For Assessment

                   (Car must be left for most of the day, as
                   Insurance companies do not make exact
                   Appointments.)


STEP 5:     Car is assessed


STEP 6:     Repairs are authorised by Insurance Company


STEP 7:     Car is booked in for repairs


STEP 8:     Car is repaired


STEP 9:     Pick up or delivery is organised on completion of repairs

                  (All repairs come with a 3 year written guarantee)
